If 90% of a lobby votes to kick someone out of a match they are kicked form the lobby and put on a black list for that room. And how many vote kicks are tracked on a player

To immediately address this, we will look into giving the host the ability to kick players. Voting on room decisions is on our roadmap, but unfortunately still a ways away.
